'Customer Specific' Cells
In the quest for ever higher efficiency and repeatability, Precision Micro has initiated a number of "customer specific" manufacturing cells
In these cells, process line equipment and production and QA personnel are dedicated to individual customers and high volume projects. Adopting such an approach is proven to achieve enhanced precision and consistency and is seen as a huge benefit by major customers.
A modified version of this "cell culture" is now being exercised in the Company's general manufacturing, whereby equipment is being dedicated to market sectors and personnel, through an ever better understanding of specific market standards and requirements, become ever more effective at meeting those needs.
